Can I return a product?We're so sorry, but all sales from Material Girls Quilting are final. We cannot offer refunds or returns on products due to their custom nature.

How do I prepare my quilt backing before I give it to you?You will need to cut the backing of the quilt 3 inches wider than the top on all 4 sides of the quilt. This is important because I need to attach the backing on all four sides to keep the fabric pulled tight. This will make sure there are no puckers or creases on the backing of the quilt. The backing will be cut down after the longarm is finished with your quilt top and you will be given back the extras along with your beautiful finished top ready for you to put the binding on. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to answer any!

What if I find something wrong with my quilt?We have a satisfaction guarantee. If something was done wrong during one of our processes and your quilt has a blemish, we'll gladly remedy the situaiton.

What if you find something wrong with my quilt?If the quilt, batting, or backing came to us with the wrong dimensions or with previous blemishes, we can fix those for you at our "quilt prep" and materials cost. We will always call to consult you before beginning work on your quilt if we have a concern.
